If I upgrade to a Pro plan, does my whole team get upgraded as well?
Yes. If you have a team on Scribe, when you upgrade to Pro it will also upgrade your teammates. If you only want to upgrade your account or a small number of your teammates’ accounts, you can create a new team in Scribe with the teammates that need Pro access.
Can I have a team with a combination of people on Basic and Pro accounts?
No. Currently, all plans sit at the team level, so teams have to be on the same tier (e.g. all team members on Pro).
Does Scribe offer a Pro or Enterprise discount for schools and universities?
Yes. If you have an .edu email address, please fill out this form for more information on our Education discount.
Does Scribe offer a Pro or Enterprise discount for nonprofits?
Yes. If your organization is a 501(c)(3), please fill out this form to learn more about our nonprofit discount. The discount is also available to organizations with equivalent international designations. We will request proof of your 501(c)(3) or equivalent international status to qualify for the discount.
Can I capture processes on my desktop with a Scribe Basic account?
No. The Scribe desktop application is a Pro and Enterprise feature.
